14-day Return Policy for Unopened Perfume

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy for all unopened perfumes

Eligibility for Returns:

• The perfume must be returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. 

• The product must be in the same condition as it was received, with no signs of tampering or damage to the packaging. 
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to request a prepaid return label.
2. Provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation number.
3. Ship the unopened perfume back to the address provided by customer.

Refund Details:

• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
